Meet the welcoming faces behind SteerFW’s growing community! Brookly Graves and Alex Zarate bring heart, experience, and energy to the Membership Committee as they lead efforts to recruit and engage the next generation of leaders. Brookly, a 2021 Keyholder graduate and 4th year seasoned board member, brings years of leadership from her time as Keyholder Co-Chair in 2022 and 2023. Alex, a 2023 Keyholder graduate and current Board Secretary, brings thoughtful strategy and connection as Co-Chair of the committee. Together, they’re shaping an inclusive and vibrant experience for every SteerFW member.
